Lisa Rooney is a multidisciplinary artist, small-scale farmer, and birth doula, in Tucson, Arizona. Her work explores connection to land and community through traditional craft and land based practices. Weaving a variety of natural mediums, she practice lies at the intersection of ceramics, sculpture, earthen architecture, and painting - using natural pigments she gathers and processes herself.
